Licence numbers on the bill
Add your seed licence, fertiliser licence and pesticide licence numbers to the company details, up to eight lines with your own labels. They print in the header of every bill. Works on every plan; VyapRise prints them, it does not check them.
Batch and expiry
Enter the batch, manufacturing and expiry dates of each pesticide or seed lot on the purchase bill. The sale picks the earliest-expiring batch, marks expired ones, and the Expiring Stock report lists what expires soon. Pro.
Bags and loose kg
Keep a fertiliser in kg and add BAG = 45 KGS as another unit with its own bag price. Sell 10 bags to one farmer and 15 kg to the next from the same stock. Pesticide by bottle and box works the same way. Free.
Farmer credit till harvest
Give each farmer a credit period and every bill gets a due date. The ledger and the outstanding report show who owes what and for how long. A credit limit warns on the bill, or needs the owner's approval if you switch that on. On Free, the ledger and outstanding report show the current month; older months are Pro.
Customer ledgerDealer and farmer rates
Put sub-dealers on a price list and their bills take the list rate (Pro). On any bill you can change the rate and see the last three rates you gave that customer. At the Pro POS a wholesale price applies from a quantity you set.
Expired stock back to the company
From the expiry report, Return expired to supplier fills a purchase return for the expired batch, which raises a debit note. Purchase returns are part of Pro.
GST invoice or bill of supply
Every item keeps its own HSN and GST rate, so seeds, fertilisers and pesticides on one bill each take their own tax. A composition dealer's bills print as a bill of supply. Free, 10 invoices a month.

A day in sowing season at an agri input shop
Simple numbers, so you can follow each step.
Setting up the bill. In company details you add three lines: Seed Lic. No., Fertiliser Lic. No. and Pesticide Lic. No., each with its number. From now on every invoice prints them in its header.
Morning: a farmer on credit. A farmer takes 6 bags of urea, 2 bags of DAP, a 1 litre pesticide and 4 packets of cotton seed. The pesticide and the seed take their batches by themselves, earliest expiry first, and each batch with its expiry prints under the item on the bill. His credit period runs to after the harvest, so the bill gets that due date. He is near his limit, and the bill warns you before you save.
Noon: loose fertiliser. A small grower wants 15 kg. You choose KGS on the line; stock of the item drops by 15 kg, the same stock the bags come from.
Afternoon: a sub-dealer. A sub-dealer from a nearby village buys 50 bags. He is on your Dealer price list, so his rate fills by itself.
Evening: what will expire. The Expiring Stock report shows two cartons of a pesticide expiring in 45 days. You put them at the front, and the ones that do expire go back to the company on a purchase return.
- Seeds, fertilisers and pesticides fall under different GST rates, and some seeds are exempt. Set the HSN and rate on each item after confirming them with your CA.
- Licence numbers are printed as you enter them; VyapRise does not validate them against any government database.

Need the subsidised fertiliser sale through the government's PoS device and its Aadhaar check: VyapRise does not connect to it, so keep using that device and record the sale in VyapRise as well. Licence numbers are printed, not validated. There are no SMS or WhatsApp reminders to farmers. It runs in the browser and needs internet.

Can I print my fertiliser and pesticide licence numbers on the bill?
Yes, on every plan. Add them to your company details as up to eight lines with your own labels, such as Fertiliser Lic. No., and they print in the header of every bill. VyapRise prints what you enter; it does not check the numbers.
Can I track batch and expiry of pesticides and seeds?
Yes, on Pro. Enter the batch and expiry on the purchase bill. Sales pick the earliest-expiring batch by default, expired batches are marked, and the Expiring Stock report lists what expires within the days you choose.
Can I sell fertiliser by the bag and loose by the kg?
Yes, on every plan. Keep the item in kg and add the bag as another unit with its factor, such as BAG = 45 KGS, and its own price. Choose BAG or KGS on each line; stock stays in kg.
Can I keep a farmer's credit till harvest?
Yes. Give the farmer a credit period so each bill gets a due date, and see his ledger and the outstanding report. A credit limit warns on the bill, or needs the owner's approval if you switch that on; it does not block the bill outright. On Free, the ledger and outstanding report show the current month; older months are Pro.
Does it connect to the fertiliser subsidy PoS machine?
No. VyapRise does not connect to the government's PoS device or its Aadhaar check. Keep using that device for subsidised sales and record your stock and bills in VyapRise.
