Small businesses and MSMEs are the backbone of the Indian economy, and most of them still run on a paper register and a spreadsheet — not because the owner wants to, but because business software has been priced and designed for someone else. VyapRise exists to close that gap: a complete GST billing and ERP platform, built in Ahmedabad, with a Free plan that stays free and Pro at ₹1,499 per year, because the businesses that need it most are the ones least able to pay a per-user licence.
Our mission
To build simple, fast tools that give a business owner their evening back. The repetitive work — recalculating tax on every line, copying a quotation into an invoice, chasing which bill is 60 days overdue, tallying stock against the godown — is work a computer should be doing. We automate it so the time goes into selling instead.
Our vision
To make digital billing the default for every Indian business, not a luxury for the ones large enough to afford it. That means software in the language the owner actually thinks in, on the phone they already carry, at a price that never becomes a reason to go back to the register.
What VyapRise includes
One platform rather than a billing app bolted to a separate accounting package. Sales billing, stock in one warehouse and this month's reports are in the Free plan; purchase bills, receipts, staff users, orders and challans, purchase orders, more warehouses, manufacturing, POS, full accounting and GST reports are part of Pro. Every module shares the same customers, items and ledgers.
GST billing
Tax invoices and bills of supply with CGST, SGST and IGST worked out per line, and HSN/SAC codes on every item; credit and debit notes on Pro.
Inventory & multi-warehouse
Stock, reorder levels and weighted-average valuation in one warehouse on Free, moved by every sale; on Pro, stock entries with optional batch numbers, godown-wise stock and transfers across as many warehouses as you run.
Accounting & ledgers
Party ledgers for the current month and bank accounts with reconciliation on Free; receipts, payments, credit and debit notes, double-entry vouchers, cost centres, Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet on Pro.
Sales & purchase
Sales invoices on Free; on Pro, purchase bills, quotations to sales orders to challans to invoices, and purchase orders to GRN, all on the same customer and vendor masters.
Manufacturing
Bill of Materials, production planning, production orders, job cards and quality checks, with raw-material consumption and material cost per unit. Part of Pro.
Dispatch details
A list of your vehicles, vehicle and transporter details on invoices (and on challans, Pro), and sales orders (Pro) that show what is delivered and what is still to go.
How VyapRise is funded
It is fair to ask what pays for the servers behind a Free plan that never expires. Two things do, and your data is not one of them.
Pro subscriptions
Businesses that need staff users, orders and challans, more warehouses, manufacturing, POS, full accounting and GST reports pay ₹1,499 per year for Pro. The Free plan stays free.
Optional paid services
Businesses that want migration from older software, custom invoice formats or on-site staff training pay for that work. Buying it is never required.
No sale of business data
Your customers, suppliers and turnover are not a product. No one outside your account sees its records.

How is VyapRise funded?
By Pro subscriptions — ₹1,499 per year for businesses that need staff users, orders and challans, more warehouses, manufacturing, POS, full accounting and GST reports — together with paid implementation work for businesses that ask for it: data migration, custom report formats and staff training. The Free plan stays free forever.
What does the Free plan include, and what are its limits?
The Free plan is free forever for one user, the owner, and covers sales billing with up to 10 sales invoices a month per company, 30 items and 10 customers, stock in one warehouse and reports for the current month. No card is needed at sign-up. Pro removes those limits and adds purchase bills, receipts and payments, staff users (with no per-user charge), quotations, orders and challans, purchase orders and GRN, more warehouses and the remaining modules for ₹1,499 per year. Every new company can try Pro free for 7 days; when the trial ends it stays on Free, and nothing is charged unless you choose to buy Pro.
Who is behind VyapRise?
VyapRise is built and operated from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, by a small product team working directly with the manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers who use it. Support is handled in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Where is my business data stored, and who can see it?
Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's on our cloud servers and is visible only to the users you invite. We do not sell business data, and we do not share customer or supplier records with anyone except the service providers that deliver a feature you use (listed in the Privacy Policy). The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is collected and why.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes. On Pro, ledgers and every other report download as PDF, CSV or Excel at any time, with no row limit, and you can download a full backup of the company's data. Your accounts are yours; nothing is locked to the platform.
Do I need training or an accountant to use it?
No. The billing, stock and ledger screens are designed for the person already doing the work on paper. GST calculations and HSN handling are worked out for you, and on Pro so are the GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries, so an accountant is needed for filing decisions rather than for data entry.
