Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. A digital service — nothing is shipped

VyapRise ERP is cloud-based software used in a web browser at app.vyaprise.com, which can be added to a phone's home screen like an app. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved.

2. How the service is delivered

• Free trial and Free plan: available as soon as you sign up with your email address.
• Pro plan: activated instantly online, on your company's account, as soon as the Razorpay payment succeeds. There is nothing to download, install or wait for.
• Payment receipt: available to download inside the app from Settings → Plan & Billing.

3. If Pro is not activated after payment

If your payment went through but your company is still not on Pro, email us with your company name and the Razorpay payment ID and we will look into it.
