The Free plan is free forever. It allows up to 10 sales invoices a month per company, 30 items and 10 customers, for one user (the owner) and one warehouse. Suppliers are unlimited. Stock moves with every sale, payments can be recorded on the invoice, and sales, stock and party ledger reports show the current month. Pro removes these limits and adds purchase bills, receipts and payments, credit and debit notes, stock entries, reports for any period with downloads, staff users, quotations, sales orders, delivery challans, purchase orders, GRN and more than one warehouse.

Every new company can try Pro free for 7 days, with everything open: staff users, quotations, orders and challans, purchase orders and GRN, multiple warehouses, manufacturing, POS, full accounting and GST reports. You sign up with your email address; no card is needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends.

The company simply stays on the Free plan, which is free forever, and keeps everything Free includes. Nothing is deleted. Anything you entered in a Pro module during the trial can still be viewed, but Pro modules cannot be used to create or edit records, and Pro-only reports stay locked until you upgrade.

Pro is ₹1,499 per year (regular price ₹1,999) — about ₹4.11 a day. It includes everything in Free plus unlimited sales invoices, items and customers, purchase bills, receipts and payments, credit and debit notes, reports for any period, staff users and roles, quotations, sales orders and delivery challans, purchase orders and GRN, more than one warehouse, barcode labels, manufacturing (BOM, production, job cards and quality checks), POS billing, full accounting, financial statements and GST reports. There is no per-user fee.

Pro is paid online, once a year, through Razorpay using UPI, cards or netbanking. Access is activated as soon as the payment succeeds. VyapRise never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.

No. There is no auto-renewal. When your year ends you choose whether to renew. If you renew early, the new year is added after your current end date, so you do not lose any days.

If you do not renew, the company moves back to the Free plan. No data is deleted: records made in Pro modules stay viewable, but those modules cannot be used to create or edit until you renew, and Pro-only reports are locked. Renewing opens everything again.

No. Payments are non-refundable, which is why every company can try Pro free for 7 days before paying. Since nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel — Pro simply ends at the end of the paid year if you do not renew. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Yes. Download the payment receipt inside the app from Settings → Plan & Billing. It is a payment receipt, not a tax invoice.

The Free plan is for one user, the owner. Pro lets you add staff — your accountant, store keeper or sales team — each with their own login and permissions, and there is no per-user fee. Staff users are also open during the 7-day trial.

Yes. The free invoice, quotation, purchase order, delivery challan and payment receipt generators on this website work without signing up. An account adds saved history, inventory and accounting.
