Create "Interior Emulsion" once with Shade and Pack size as options, and each combination, such as Ivory 4 Ltr or Ivory 20 Ltr, becomes its own item with its own price, stock and barcode. Up to three options per product. Variants are a Pro feature.
Stock you can trust
Every sale and purchase moves the exact shade and pack. When a customer asks for 20 litres of Ivory, you see how many 20 Ltr and 10 Ltr tins are left instead of guessing. Needs variants (Pro).
Brand and rack
Keep each tin's brand, rack, HSN, GST rate and MRP on the item, so the counter knows where it sits. Brand and rack import from Excel with the rest of your list, on every plan.
Painter and contractor rates
Put painters on one price list and contractors on another; their bills take the list rate by themselves (Pro). On any bill you can change the rate or give a line discount, and see the last three rates you gave that customer.
Quotations for a whole job
A contractor wants a price for primer, putty, emulsion and enamel for a building. Send the quotation as a PDF and convert it to the invoice, a sale order or a delivery challan when he confirms. Quotations are part of Pro.

Sell brushes by the piece and by the box of 12, or putty by the bag and the kg, from one item. Add the other unit with its factor; stock stays in one unit. Works on every plan.
Scan the tin
Scan the barcode on the tin with a USB or Bluetooth scanner and the right shade and pack lands on the bill. Each variant can carry its own barcode, and you can print labels for it on Pro.

A day at a paint shop using VyapRise
One emulsion, one painter, one contractor.
Setting up a product. You create "Interior Emulsion" at its list price, choose Shade with Ivory, Off White and Sky Blue, and Pack size with 1, 4, 10 and 20 Ltr. On save VyapRise makes 12 items, from "Ivory / 1 Ltr" to "Sky Blue / 20 Ltr". You set each pack's own price.
Morning: a painter at the counter. A painter buys two 20 Ltr Ivory tins, a 4 Ltr enamel and two brushes. He is on your Painter price list, so the bill takes his rates. The tins are scanned; each line carries its HSN and GST. He pays half by UPI and puts the rest on his account.
Noon: a contractor's quotation. A contractor sends the list for a 6-flat building: primer, putty, 40 litres of exterior emulsion in two shades and enamel for the grills. You make the quotation from his list and send the PDF on WhatsApp. When he confirms, you convert it to the invoice and pick his site, so this building's dues stay apart from his other jobs.
Afternoon: a walk-in with a shade card. A customer points to Sky Blue and wants 10 litres. You see one 10 Ltr tin left and three 4 Ltr tins, and sell one 10 Ltr. Stock of that exact shade and pack drops by one.
Evening: reorder. The low-stock screen shows Ivory 20 Ltr below the minimum you set. You order more from the company before the weekend rush.

Can painters and contractors get special rates?
Yes. Pro has customer price lists, so a painter's or contractor's bill takes his rates by itself. On any plan you can change the rate on a line and see the last three rates you gave that customer.
Can I make a quotation for a full painting job?
Yes, on Pro. Make the quotation with every product and pack, send it as a PDF, and convert it to the invoice, a sale order or a delivery challan when the customer agrees, without typing the lines again.
Does VyapRise connect to a tinting machine?
No. There is no link to tinting machines or shade formula libraries. You can keep a tinted shade as its own variant or item and bill it like any other.
